Every project executed at Ramsys Info will undergo V-model quality life cycle. Project Management team handles initial stages of the projects like understanding the project Agreements, requirements, Estimations Planning, designing. During planning stage of project,

they will identify the Manpower requirements, Training needs, infrastructure setup required to execute the project, Risks involved in the project, Metrics to be collected during project to complete the project with quality deliverables. Every project will be initially analyzed to identify the execution methodology and same will be executed by breaking the requirements into different modules or functions to distribute among the teams to meet time goals.
